About Brenda

Brenda O’Quinn began growing her real estate roots in Savannah, GA many years ago working with commercial investors and specializing in commercial and multi-family property management. After moving to Statesboro, Brenda began furthering her education by attending various classes at Georgia Southern University as well as other nearby colleges and technical schools and was even asked to teach a Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA) program for GSU at the Statesboro High School! Even though she started to build a real desire to form a career in teaching, Brenda found herself right back in commercial real estate working as a retail property manager with Hull Property Group. While working for James (Jim) Hull, Mrs. O’Quinn gained A TON of experience managing many large retail centers (including 5 malls - one of them was The Statesboro Mall from 1994 – 2006) as well as attending AND teaching courses for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) at Michigan State University! Eventually Brenda decided to move her real estate license to Century 21, The Hunter Group in Statesboro where she spent over ten years specializing in residential re-sale and new construction home sales, commercial sales as well as residential, commercial and retail property management. Brenda O’Quinn is a licensed Associate Broker and member of the Statesboro Board of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors (GAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Georgia Multiple Listing Service (GA MLS), Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), The Huntingdon Club in Savannah, First Baptist Church in Statesboro and the amazing Jubalheirs chorus! She was also a Savannah Toastmaster gold cup winner, Jaycettes past president (SAV), Altrusa Club past president (SAV), Savannah Apartment Association past president and Quilting Guild past president.
